You bring the following profile as a Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d):

• completed commercial training, ideally as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau is desirable
• routine with MS Office
• enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• teamwork and sense of responsibility
• English skills in speaking and writing

Your tasks as a Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d):

• order management (including recording customer orders, taking over customer orders from transport and customer portals)
• appointment coordination and monitoring (including booking loading and unloading times) customer support (telephone/written)
• creation and control of transport documents support with administrative tasks
