At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you in Sinntal as a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d).

You bring this profile as a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d):

• Completed training in a commercial or industrial-technical profession
• Experience in the field of logistics
• Confident handling of the MS Office package
• Good SAP knowledge (modules MM/PP/SD)
• Careful, analytical, and structured way of working
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Team player and good communication skills
• Good English skills

Your future tasks as a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d):

• Processing incoming production-synchronous calls from the customer
• Supplying the assembly area with assembly orders
• Compilation of delivery schedules (e.g., JIT delivery schedules)
• Checking (JIT) deliveries for completeness and accuracy
• Creating shipping documents, delivery notes, picking lists, etc.
• Returnable packaging management (transport racks)
• Dispatching of trucks
• Control and monitoring of stocks and internal as well as external warehouses
