• You are our interface to the customer: With your organizational talent, you prepare customer inquiries for our product developers and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You are our voice on the phone: Friendly and service-oriented, you take calls and forward them purposefully – always with a smile in your voice.
• You keep our data up to date: Changes in our ERP-System are in the best hands with you – you ensure that our master data is always up to date.
• You are indispensable when it comes to versatile projects: From the procurement of certificates to the creation of specifications for finished products, including nutritional calculation and the provision of all relevant declaration details.

The perfect addition for us

• Professional experience as an assistant desirable
• Completed commercial training or similar qualification, e.g., training as PTA or training in office management
• Strong communication skills, confident English in spoken and written form
• High degree of teamwork, initiative, and organizational talent
