Bartender

Responsibilities:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel recipes and customer preferences. Greet guests warmly, take orders and ensure a positive and engaging bar experience. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. Accurately process cash and card payments using the POS system, and issue receipts. Observe guests to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and comply with legal and hotel regulations. Track stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; notify management of shortages or restocking needs. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and hotel management to ensure smooth service. Recommend drinks, upsell premium options, and promote daily or seasonal specials to boost sale

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume bar setting. Strong understanding of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and provide a positive experience. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items like kegs or crates, and work in a fast-paced environment.
