Sales / Customer Service Executive

Alpha Plan Consultants is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Sales / Customer Service Executive, on behalf of a large company with a dominant position in the field of cold storage and vehicle insulation, based in ΒΙ.ΠΕ. Σίνδου, in Thessaloniki.

Duties: Reception and service of customers and partners. Investigation of customer needs and proposal of suitable products and technical solutions. Drafting and sending commercial offers using modern digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. Follow-up of offers and communication with customers with the aim of completing sales. Organization, archiving, and maintenance of sales records and documents. Provision of administrative support to the General Management. Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. University Degree in Engineering. Excellent knowledge of English. Very good computer skills and knowledge of Office applications. Developed communication skills, organizational skills, consistency, responsibility, multitasking.
