Production Engineer

Alpha Plan Consultants is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Production Engineer, on behalf of a large company with a dominant position in the field of cold storage and vehicle insulation, based in B.I.P.E. Sindos, in Thessaloniki.

Main Responsibilities: Assisting the Production Manager in the daily planning and coordination of production activities. Monitoring the progress of production and adherence to established schedules. Participating in the preparation and monitoring of the production plan. Monitoring the needs for raw materials and collaborating with the relevant departments to ensure their timely availability. Participating in identifying problems and delays in the production process and implementing corrective actions. Supporting activities related to the improvement of productivity, quality, and production times. Monitoring the correct application of work instructions and the procedures of the company's Management Systems. Supporting the maintenance of records, reports, and other technical documentation related to production. Required Qualifications: University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. 2–3 years of experience in an industrial or production environment. Very good knowledge of computer use and MS Office. Familiarity with ERP and/or production management software. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Driving license. Organizational skills, responsibility, and consistency. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to schedules. Benefits: Full-time employment.
