Production Engineer Manager

Alpha Plan Consultants is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Production Engineer Manager, on behalf of a large company with a dominant position in the field of cold storage and vehicle insulation, based in B.I.P.E. Sindos, in Thessaloniki.

Main Responsibilities: Planning and coordination of production activities on a short-term and medium-term level. Formulation of a raw material procurement plan (A and B materials), in cooperation with the procurement department. Participation in demand forecasting and production planning in cooperation with the Sales and Marketing departments. Monitoring and evaluation of production performance indicators. Proposals for cost and production time reduction as well as for the continuous improvement of production processes. Organization, guidance, and coordination of production human resources, as well as ensuring appropriate training and distribution of responsibilities. Ensuring the correct implementation of Management System procedures and requirements concerning the safe operation of production. Collaboration and communication with other company departments for the effective operation and continuous improvement of business processes. Required Qualifications: University Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering and Management. At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in an Industrial Environment. Proven experience in the management and coordination of production teams. Very good knowledge of computer operation and familiarity with ERP and/or production management software. Excellent knowledge of the English language, at both oral and written levels. Driving license. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adhere to schedules. Skills in organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication.
