Senior Graphic & AI Creative Designer

Alpha Plan Consultants is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Senior Graphic & AI Creative Designer, on behalf of a large, dynamically growing, and leading company in the furniture, home decor, and lighting sector, based in Korinos, Pieria. The position is in-house, requiring full-time and physical presence at the company's facilities. We are looking for an experienced creative professional who combines a strong design background with advanced knowledge of Generative AI, with a particular emphasis on AI prompting, AI image generation, and AI video generation.

What We Are Looking For A designer who perceives Generative AI as a fundamental creative tool and can start from an idea or a marketing brief and methodically create the appropriate visual or video, testing different prompts, tools, references, and creative approaches until the desired result is achieved. Experience in guiding other designers and the ability to gradually take on an increased role in creative direction and team organization will be particularly valued. The ideal candidate should be able to transform a creative brief or a commercial idea into a complete visual concept, creating realistic product & lifestyle visuals, environments, and video content for digital advertising, e-commerce, and commercial communication. Main Responsibilities: Creation of advanced prompts for AI image and AI video generation. Development of AI-generated videos for digital advertising, social media, Performance Marketing, from concept and storyboard to the final creative. Design of creatives for print and digital media, website, e-shop, social media, newsletters, digital advertising, and points of sale. Production of multiple creative variations and formats using AI-assisted workflows per channel, audience, and campaign requirements. Collaboration with the Marketing Team, e-commerce, and commercial management to transform marketing briefs and commercial needs into effective creative concepts. Monitoring developments in Generative AI, AI video, design, motion, and digital content, with the aim of continuously improving the company's creative workflow. Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Creative Design, or a similar position. Proven very good knowledge of AI prompting, for image and video generation. Practical experience in AI-generated video content. Very good familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar. Experience with AI video tools, such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Sora, or similar. Ability to implement complete AI-assisted creative workflows, from concept and prompting to editing and final adjustment. Ability to create realistic product and lifestyle visuals, ideally for furniture, home & living, lighting, retail, or e-commerce. Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and good knowledge of Adobe InDesign. Ability to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and creative directions for static and video content. Experience in digital advertising, website/e-commerce, social media, and newsletters. Very good aesthetic perception, understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting, and visual hierarchy. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Creativity, attention to detail, consistency, organizational skills, cooperativeness, and a desire for continuous evolution. Desired Qualifications: Experience in coordinating or guiding a team of designers / creatives, as a Team Leader or senior member of a creative team. Experience with motion/video editing tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Experience in the retail, furniture, home & living, or e-commerce sector. Understanding of the creative requirements of performance marketing channels, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads / Performance Max, and YouTube.
