ERP Administrator - SoftOne

Alpha Plan Consultants is seeking a candidate to fill the position of ERP Administrator – SoftOne, on behalf of a large, dynamically growing, and leading company in the furniture, decoration, and lighting sector, based in Korynos, Pieria. The position is in-house, requiring full-time and physical presence at the company's facilities. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and support of the SoftOne ERP, in collaboration with individual departments and external technical partners.

Main Responsibilities Daily management, support, and parameterization of the SoftOne ERP, as well as user support and resolution of operational or technical problems. Monitoring of commercial processes: sales, purchases, warehouse, orders, and invoicing. Creation and adaptation of reports, printouts, and workflows, as well as checking the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. Monitoring and support of interfaces between SoftOne, e-shop, WMS, and other corporate applications. Recording the needs of departments and designing appropriate solutions through the ERP. Participation in testing and implementation of new features, applications, and automations. Communication and coordination with external partners for SoftOne support and development issues. Basic technical support for users and corporate computer equipment. Required Qualifications: Proven professional experience in the use, support & parameterization of SoftOne ERP. Very good understanding of commercial processes: purchases, sales, warehouse, order taking, and invoicing. Excellent knowledge of SQL and databases. Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and automated data exchanges. Ability to analyze requirements and effectively solve problems. Good knowledge of information systems and Microsoft applications. Good knowledge of the English language. Organizational skills, consistency, responsibility, and attention to detail. Communication skills and the ability to cooperate with different departments of the company. Desired Qualifications Degree in Informatics or a related field. Experience in ERP interfaces with e-shop, WMS, and other business applications. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Knowledge of Epsilon Net payroll applications.
