Senior Event Technician

Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in live event production or corporate AV environments. Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of signal routing, AV control software (such as Crestron or Cisco), and rigging basics. Physical & Flexible Demands: Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg) and work flexible hours, including irregular shifts, late evenings, and weekends. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving under pressure, and leadership capabilities
