WMS/ERP Administrator

We are looking for a WMS/ERP Systems Administrator with high analytical thinking and strong technical potential. We are looking for a specialist who has a solid systemic foundation, quickly masters new technologies, and is ready to fully take over system management and adaptation to warehouse operational procedures (SOPs) after training.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and System Adoption. Active participation in Logareon WMS training sessions conducted by the organization's partner, 100% mastery of the system's logic and technical nuances.

SOP Implementation and Adaptation. Defining, modifying, and stabilizing Logareon system settings (workflows, picking rules, put-away strategies) based on warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

System Technical Maintenance. Creation and ongoing management of user roles, permissions, and the warehouse address map (new zones, racks).

Integration Oversight. Monitoring data exchange (API/Integration) between the WMS and Odoo 19, rapid diagnosis and elimination of technical errors (bugs).

Analysis and Data Management. Reconciliation of large warehouse datasets and preparation of analytical reports for management using Advanced Excel.

Staff Training. Creation of training manuals for warehouse operators and employees (according to new SOPs) and their periodic training.

Required Qualifications:

Experience. At least 2 years of experience as a system administrator, business analyst, or data analyst in 1C ERP, iiko ERP, SAP, or any other accounting/WMS system (demonstrating your experience working with similar software).

High Trainability. High ability to quickly master new, complex software systems and technical algorithms.

Mindset. High analytical and logical thinking, a drive to solve problems independently (troubleshooting/problem-solving).

Computer Skills. Excellent command of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).

Languages. Knowledge of technical English or Russian (since training materials, manuals, and communication with Logareon's international support will be in these languages).

A general understanding of the business logic of warehouse logistics standard procedures (FIFO/FEFO, inventory) will be considered an advantage.

The company is implementing an international WMS system, so prior knowledge is not mandatory. The company's official partner will provide comprehensive and in-depth training.

The workplace is located in Tairov.
