We are looking for a Financial Accountant / Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) for our client in the Heinsberg area, effective immediately.
Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of financial or balance sheet accounting
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, including the preparation of financial statements
- Confident handling of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Navision
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Good written and spoken English skills
Tasks
- Independent management of financial accounting in cooperation with departmental colleagues
- Processing and monitoring accounts payable as a technical focus
- Close cooperation and technical coordination with the external tax advisor
- Preparation of monthly closings as well as participation in annual financial statements
- Posting of incoming and outgoing invoices, bank transactions, credit card and travel expense reports
- Maintenance and reconciliation of open items as well as regular reporting to the international parent company
