We are looking for a Training Manager (m/f/d) in Jena, effective immediately.

What distinguishes you as a trainer

• completed degree in the fields of BWL, Economics, or Communication
• several years of relevant professional experience in a Trainer Manager role, preferably in an international environment
• excellent project management competence
• strong communication competence with business fluent English skills
• good negotiation competence
• enjoyment in understanding complex processes and optimizing them
• enthusiasm

What you can look forward to as a trainer

• development of learning strategies and training modules for digital and continuous learning
• establishment and maintenance of an overarching learning path with a focus on different target groups, as well as the development of new training concepts and content
• ensuring a uniform "Look and Feel" (according to our client's Corporate Identity) for the entire curriculum, broken down by target groups
• project management responsibility for digital learning modules from conception to roll-out in cooperation with the Business Sector
• monitoring and improvement of course content (Curricula), training quality, and learning paths, including the provision of participant tests
