We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) in Gera, effective immediately.

This is what your profile as a Quality Manager looks like

• Completed technical or business studies with relevant additional qualification in the field of Quality Management
• Several years of professional experience in quality management
• Leadership experience
• Methodological knowledge in Automotive-Core-Tools (FMEA, MSA, PPAP etc.)
• Knowledge of relevant standards in the automotive industry (IATF 16949, VDA volumes)
• Applicable advanced English skills
• High level of personal responsibility and initiative
• Organizational talent and analytical mindset
• Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and negotiation skills

These are your challenges as a Quality Manager

• Responsibility for quality assurance from the supplier side, through goods receipt and production, to complaint management
• Ensuring the entire process, such as corrective and preventive actions via supplier qualifications, measuring equipment monitoring and inspection planning, through to complaint processing and documentation
• Providing impulses for process optimization in the sense of early error prevention, conducting error analyses, and training employees
• Enforcing the highest quality standards according to IATF 16949 in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Direct contact person regarding quality for our customers and reporting to the Plant Manager
• Participation in the preparation and execution of system, process, and product audits within the area of responsibility and at suppliers
• Active participation in the KVP and BVW processes
