Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the board, the Compliance Specialist will provide global support for issues related to the subject, with the following main activities as scope:

  • Act in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the company's Compliance Program, focusing on ethics, integrity, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations (national and international);
  • Support the management and periodic review of corporate policies and procedures, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to business risks;
  • Conduct training and communication campaigns aimed at the culture of integrity, including topics such as the code of conduct, anti-corruption, data privacy, among others;
  • Participate in compliance risk assessments, proposing action plans and mitigating controls;
  • Act in the analysis and approval of third-party due diligence, including commercial partners, suppliers, and distributors;
  • Assist in internal investigations related to potential violations of the code of conduct or internal policies, ensuring confidentiality and proper handling;
  • Monitor and report Compliance indicators, proposing continuous improvements based on metrics and data;
  • Follow regulatory trends and national and international best practices in compliance, integrity, and ESG, recommending actions aligned with the company's strategy;
  • Provide support to business areas with guidance and technical opinions on compliance topics, reinforcing the culture of ethical decision-making.
  • Act as a technical focal point for the team of analysts.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Completed higher education in Law, Economics, Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Compliance.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation: Lei Anticorrupção (12.846/13), FCPA, UK Bribery Act, LGPD, among others.
  • Experience with internal investigations and third-party due diligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, and conversation) — working with global stakeholders. (There will be validation)
  • Analytical capacity and orientation toward problem-solving.
