Responsibilities and attributions Responsible for footwear development with national and international suppliers, leading the prospecting, approval, and industrialization of new partners, from product conception to scale production:

• Develop new footwear with international and national suppliers (design, modeling, sole, materials), following the development of the mockup/prototype until its scale production.
• Technically lead the development and approval of new foreign suppliers.
• Conduct pre-negotiations of costs, deadlines, and logistical conditions with international and national factories.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and global certifications.
• Monitor global design and sustainability trends.
• Participate in international and national trade fairs for materials and innovations in the footwear universe, prospecting, cataloging, and organizing according to strategic demands.
• Support the logistics and supplies area in import/export processes.
• Act as a bridge between internal areas of R&D, Design, and Marketing, connecting with the external supplier.
• Implement global ESG practices in the supply chain.

Requirements and qualifications

• Higher education in Production Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or related areas, or Business Administration.
• Intermediate or advanced Office 360 package;
• Advanced/Fluent English;
• 5 years of experience in product development in the footwear sector, with strong international performance.

Differentials: Experience in foreign factories, negotiation in English, knowledge of import/export legislation, international certifications and ESG compliance, experience with the use of AIs applied to business.
