Systems Specialist - S4 Hana

Responsibilities and assignments

• Be the specialist technically responsible for the Global S/4HANA COE, ensuring standardization and evolution of the SAP ecosystem.
• Align the systems team with Corporate Architecture, applying and maintaining technological standards from DEV to PRD.
• Work together with IT Operations and CyberSec, ensuring performance, sizing, and technical compliance.
• Be a technical partner for projects and new initiatives, providing architecture expertise and technological integrity.
• Act as a core member of the systems squads, focusing on cross-tech expertise (SAP, middleware, cloud, data).
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure that all SAP solutions adhere to global standards.
• Support leaders and project teams in the adoption of new solutions and technologies (SAP and non-SAP).

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computing, or related areas.
• Fluent English.
• Spanish is desirable.
• SAP/non-SAP integrations (CPI/API), Fiori/UI5, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of corporate data (Data Lake, ETL).
• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Experience with IT Operations and security (sizing, performance tuning, hardening, compliance).
• SAP certifications (S/4HANA, BTP), TOGAF, and/or Cloud Architecture (valued).
