Global Product Specialist

Responsibilities and assignments Responsible for supporting the management, planning, and development strategy of the Beyond Core category (Slides, Papetes, and Soul Collection), aiming to meet consumer needs globally through the best portfolio mix and go-to-market plan.
- Lead the construction of the short and long-term strategy for the category through market, competition, and performance analysis, with a vision centered on the needs of the consumer, shopper, and channels of each market;
- Manage the product lifecycle actions for the line, from the briefing for new models and renewals, monitoring their development with a multifunctional team (markets, Innovation, Industrial, FP&A, Trade, Communication, etc.) until launch, performance, and optimizations;
- Lead processes in the area to monitor and analyze cost, volume, and profitability performance alongside business and global areas with the objective of maximizing the line's results;
- Lead the construction and delivery of launch materials (sales tools and execution guides) and guidance to markets through the creation of official documentation and periodic follow-ups with partner areas to ensure quality execution;
- Act as the global focal point for the category with all BUs, ensuring strategic alignment, portfolio consistency, construction of launch pilots, and monitoring of go-to-market plans for the categories.
Requirements and qualifications
- Higher Education completed in any field of knowledge;
- Advanced English mandatory (frequent interaction with global teams and markets);
- Previous experience in footwear, fashion, and/or retail;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel;
- Solid experience in portfolio management and product lifecycle;
- Analytical capacity and mastery of business KPIs (volume, margin, profitability, mix);
- Disruptive profile oriented toward innovation;
- Familiarity with managing multiple stakeholders.
