Export Coordinator - São Paulo - SP

Responsibilities and duties

• Coordinate the complete export flow, from the sales order to delivery to the customer.
• Ensure compliance with shipping deadlines.
• Monitor cargo bookings with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Monitor maritime, air, and road shipments.
• Manage operational occurrences and propose quick solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian customs legislation and that of the destination countries.
• Monitor customs clearance processes when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to foreign trade regulations.
• Ensure the correct tax and customs classification of operations.
• Act in the prevention of risks and non-conformities.
• Support internal and external audits related to export.
• Develop strategies for optimizing the international logistics chain.
• Seek reduction in transport and storage costs.
• Evaluate the performance of carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Interact with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Tax, Finance, and Quality.
• Ensure adequate communication between all parties involved.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Degree in Comércio Exterior, Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related areas.
• Advanced English.

Desirable Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Comércio Exterior, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• Advanced Spanish.
