Responsibilities and duties

• You are a brand ambassador and responsible for conveying the brand concept to the customer and assisting them in the shopping experience;
• Ensures the good maintenance of the store: replenishment, alarmed items, and organization according to the VM;
• Retrieves products separated by the stockists from the stock and ensures replenishment in the sales area;
• Supports the salesperson in the sales process, assisting in the approach stages and items in the fitting room;
• Contributes to exceeding the store's goals through support to the salesperson in customer service;
• Communication channel between the sales team and stock;
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the sales area;
• Assists at the cash register when necessary.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed high school;
• Availability of schedules;
• Previous experience with sales;
• Basic English.
