Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst - CSC

Responsibilities and duties

• Conduct end-to-end selection processes for operational vacancies, from profile alignment with the manager to the pre-admission stage of the new employee;
• Manage the entire recruitment funnel, actively seeking the best people;
• Use data to measure the health of hiring funnels and make decisions based on these metrics;
• Act in a consultative and influential manner to guide assertive decisions in hiring the best talent;
• Build relationships of trust with stakeholders to understand their pain points and needs.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education;
• Advanced English;
• Good communication and collaborative skills;
• Experience with high volume of vacancies;
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Experience in conducting end-to-end selection processes;
• Previous contact with tools such as Gupy and Linkedin Recruiter will be a differentiator.
