Responsibilities and duties Responsible for the analysis and execution of New Design and New Technology development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, deadline, cost, and quality, from briefing to product delivery. Detailing of activities:

1. Act as Project Leader in the development of New Design and New Technology products:

• Elaborate the planning of strategy and creation gates, deadlines, and responsibilities of interface areas; • Control the schedule of each project, ensuring the execution of deadlines for all stages of the process, from briefing to product delivery; • Ensure involvement and alignment of objectives among all those involved in each stage of the development process.

1. Elaborate, collect, and manage project indicators:

• Elaborate, collect, and analyze project performance indicators; • Seek and propose corrective actions for processes and stages where indicators show performance decline; • Disclose information about project performance to management and areas involved in the collection development process.

1. Map existing risks in the product development process of each project and elaborate mitigation plans:

• Identify the critical path of projects and associated risks; • Evaluate and disclose the impacts of potential problems to management and other involved areas; • Elaborate risk mitigation plans, acting proactively in anticipating problems instead of acting reactively after they occur.

1. Analyze and execute improvement projects in the product development process:

• Evaluate and propose adjustments to the development flow aiming at improving the launch cycle in terms of deadlines and costs; • Identify and analyze bottlenecks in the process; • Implement improvement projects in the launch flow.

Requirements and qualifications • Completed Higher Education in Engineering or Administration; • Intermediate knowledge in excel, power BI, and power point is required; • Experience in projects and/or agile projects; • Knowledge of MS project; • Languages: English (intermediate).
