Senior Global Product Analyst (Sandals + Farm)

Responsibilities and duties Responsible for supporting the management, planning, and development strategy of the Sandals and Farm categories, aiming to meet consumer needs globally through the best portfolio mix and go-to-market plan.
- Support the short and long-term organization and strategy of the categories through opportunity mapping, planning, and monitoring collection launches, through constant competition and market analysis and a vision centered on the needs of the consumer, shopper, and channels of each market;
- Lead the product lifecycle actions for the categories, from the briefing for new models and renewals, monitoring their development with cross-functional teams (markets, Innovation, Industrial, FP&A, Trade, Communication, etc.) until launch, performance, and optimizations;
- Lead processes in the area to monitor and analyze cost, volume, and profitability performance alongside business and global areas with the objective of maximizing line results;
- Lead the construction and delivery of launch materials (sales tools and execution guides) and guidance to markets, through the creation of official documentation and periodic follow-ups with partner areas, in order to ensure quality execution.
Requirements and qualifications
- Higher Education Completed (desired areas: Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineering, and related);
- Advanced English (frequent interaction with global teams and markets);
- Specializations and/or experience in marketing, fashion, footwear, and retail are a plus;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel;
- Analytical capacity and mastery of business KPIs (volume, margin, profitability, mix);
- Solid experience in portfolio management and product lifecycle;
- Structured profile, with strategic vision and result orientation;
- Familiarity with managing multiple stakeholders.
