Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support to users
• Use internal tools and follow established procedures (SOPs)
• Stay updated on policies and processes
• Gather additional information when needed and provide clear, effective solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced English level
• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (verifiable)
• Availability to work on-site
• Valid ID and RTN

Preferred:

• Previous experience in customer service or call centers
• Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with urgency
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude
