What you will do:

• Handle customer inquiries in English via telephone, email, or online chat.
• Provide timely and accurate assistance regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document interactions and customer updates according to quality standards.
