DRIVING SCHOOL MANAGER

ABOUT US:

We are a modern, upcoming driving school looking to establish a premier training hub. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly experienced, and NTSA-certified Driving School Manager to spearhead our setup phase, secure regulatory approvals, and manage day-to-day operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• NTSA Licensing & Compliance: Lead the initial school registration process via eCitizen, coordinate physical inspections of the premises/yard, and ensure full compliance with the Traffic Act.

• Operational Setup: Design the school's theoretical curriculum, map out practical training routes, and establish vehicle scheduling systems.

• Fleet & Facility Management: Oversee the conversion of fleet vehicles to dual-control systems, manage routine mechanical maintenance tracking, and maintain classroom standards.

• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of NTSA-licensed driving instructors and support staff.

• Business Growth: Implement customer service frameworks and marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and hit monthly revenue targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a valid, clean NTSA Driving Instructor License with a minimum of 4 years of active instruction experience.

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Education, or a related field.

• Proven track record of setting up a driving school or managing a busy branch with at least 50+ monthly students.

• Deep technical knowledge of the NTSA eCitizen portal, student booking workflows, and NTSA vehicle inspection requirements.

• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (not older than 12 months).

• Excellent command of English and Kiswahili, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
