Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to support software testing activities within an Agile and DevOps environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking application testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure software quality and meet business requirements.

• Perform software testing activities in an Agile and DevOps environment, including application deployment and configuration.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define testable requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Conduct testing of banking applications to validate functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Demonstrate software products and communicate testing outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with team members and clients to identify issues, resolve defects, and support successful software delivery.
• Adapt quickly to new applications, technologies, and testing processes.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Test Engineer.
• Experience with software testing processes in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Background knowledge of banking application testing.
• Ability to demonstrate software products and explain their functionality.
• Experience defining testable requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Testing, or a related discipline.
• Nice to Have Experience in API testing.
• Experience with system installation and configuration, including MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Apache.
• Familiarity with deploying or configuring applications across Linux and Windows platforms.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and technical environments.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• An optimistic attitude and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
