Business Analyst – IAM

Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation. The candidate should have a good understanding of business analysis processes, with knowledge or exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM). Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
• Liaise with business and technical teams to translate requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Support UAT, requirement validation, and implementation activities.
• Assist with IAM-related requirements, access management, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Good stakeholder communication and requirement elicitation skills.
• Knowledge or exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.
