Marketing & Creative Executive (Content & Design) Location: Alma Padel Surabaya Barat – Bukit Darmo Golf

Alma Padel is a premium padel court located in the heart of Surabaya Barat, Bukit Darmo Golf. We’re looking for a creative, flexible, and hands-on Marketing & Creative Executive who is excited to grow with us and help shape the Alma Padel brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram & TikTok
• Create content: Reels, TikToks, posts, stories, posters, banners
• Capture on-site content (matches, events, daily activities)
• Write captions in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
• Develop campaigns, content ideas, and monthly themes
• Support events, tournaments, and community activations
• Design merchandise (apparel, stickers, accessories etc.)

• Flexible and adaptable - willing to help beyond a fixed job scope when needed
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Has a strong eye for aesthetics
• Open to feedback, experimentation, and fast iteration
• Fun, enthusiastic, and community-oriented personality

Requirements

• Experience in social media & creative marketing
• Skilled in: Illustrator, Photoshop/InDesign, Canva, CapCut, video editing etc.
• Familiar with IG & TikTok trends
• Basic English for content
• Flexible hours (events/weekends if needed)
• Able to work on-site in Surabaya Barat (Bukit Darmo Golf)

Nice to Have

• Experience with sports, lifestyle, or F&B brands
• Motion graphics / After Effects
• Photography or videography skills
• Experience managing or producing merchandise
• Experience with event marketing or community building
