Responsibilities and duties Responsible for the development and improvement of special fertilizer and adjuvant formulations, conducting laboratory research, raw material evaluation, and product validation. Acts in the creation of innovative and sustainable solutions, contributing to agronomic efficiency and the strengthening of the company's portfolio.

• Develop and optimize special fertilizer and adjuvant formulations.
• Conduct laboratory research and support the transfer of technologies from partner centers.
• Evaluate and approve raw materials and suppliers.
• Support investigations of non-conformities and product improvement.
• Plan and monitor external research with partner institutions and laboratories.
• Record and interpret technical results to support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to regulatory processes, production scaling, and technical positioning.
• Propose R&D projects aligned with agricultural market trends.

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, with a Master's in a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in agricultural formulations
• Physicochemical development and evaluation of formulations (pH, density, viscosity, stability, and solubility)
• Knowledge of inorganic chemistry, mixture compatibility, and application technology
• Notions of statistics and experimental data analysis
• Regulatory knowledge of the agricultural sector
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of the Brazilian agricultural market and R&D project management
