Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide product information and conduct demonstrations
- Utilize sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience
Skills:
- Experience in product demos, retail sales, or technical sales is advantageous
- Strong ability to sell and communicate effectively with customers
- Proficiency in basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Demonstrated skills in upselling products and services
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
- Prior experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions is beneficial
