RESPONSIBILITIES

As Executive, Fundraising & Partnerships, you will play a key role in supporting fundraising initiatives and strategic partnerships that help sustain and grow our impact. Working closely with the Senior Executive, you will contribute to donor engagement, partnership development, fundraising campaigns, impact reporting, and stakeholder stewardship. This role is ideal for a resourceful and organised individual who is passionate about building meaningful partnerships and advancing positive social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Donor Development

  • Research and identify prospective donors, corporate partners, foundations, grantmakers, and funding opportunities.
  • Support donor outreach, cultivation, and engagement activities.
  • Develop grant applications, partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, donor presentations, and fundraising collateral.
  • Work with programme teams to gather programme information, funding needs, budgets, impact data, and beneficiary stories.
  • Maintain and track the fundraising pipeline, including donor engagement status and follow-up actions.

Donor & Partner Engagement

  • Support the stewardship and engagement of donors, corporate partners, foundations, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate donor meetings, site visits, appreciation activities, and partnership engagements.
  • Manage donor communications, acknowledgements, and recognition requirements.
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of partnership and sponsorship commitments.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with donors and partners.

Impact Reporting & Accountability

  • Compile programme outcomes, impact data, and beneficiary stories for donor reporting.
  • Prepare donor impact reports, partnership updates, and stewardship materials.
  • Track reporting timelines, funding utilisation, and donor requirements.
  • Support data collection and impact tracking to demonstrate the outcomes of donor and partner support.

Fundraising Campaigns & Events

  • Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and community fundraising initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal teams, partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Work with the communications team to develop fundraising content and campaign materials.
  • Assist with post-campaign reporting, evaluation, and donor follow-up activities.

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate donor, donation, and partnership records within relevant systems.
  • Support fundraising reporting, budget tracking, invoice processing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor fundraising performance and prepare regular management updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with governance, audit, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage fundraising and partnership enquiries through shared mailboxes and communication channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or a related function.
  • Prior experience in the social service or non-profit sector is preferred but not essential.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in donor management, event coordination, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and digital marketing will be an advantage.
