Job scope Follow-up PO status with factory/supplier and coordinate within OF for stock allocation Support sales enquiry/project forecast and planning process Monitor backlog shortages and work on the supply support with timely delivery to meet order commitment Inventory allocation and control System data maintenance for daily operation support Coordinate with forwarder for freight quotation and shipping arrangement Trade & Export compliance Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirement min 4 years of relevant experience Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel) Able to work independently as well as a team player Positive mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn Able to start with short notice will be advantageous
