Encouraging exercise and movement to improve or maintain remaining abilities. Keep up to date on the patient's condition and progress. Work closely with other healthcare team to encourage a holistic approach to patient care. Participate and conduct orientation and in-service education, training program and supervise junior staff as required. Other tasks assigned by supervisor / manager.
