Your tasks
As an Senior Executive, Clinical Operations (Inpatient Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and supervise clinical and operational teams to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, service quality, and operational excellence.
- Drive business growth and prepare accurate reports within established timelines.
- Monitor performance and ensure business objectives and targets are achieved.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Investigate service issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Business or equivalent field.
- Prior operational experience in healthcare setting is advantageous.
