As a Senior Assistant Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Providing comprehensive social work services to individuals, families and groups.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with clients.
- Offer counseling and support to address a range of social and emotional challenges.
- Collaborate with allied professionals such as medical and other social workers to ensure holistic care.
- Advocate for clients and provide referrals to community resources as needed.
- Contribute to program development and evaluation to improve service delivery.
- Support Assistant Senior / Senior / Lead Professionals in the implementation of centre's operational and practice protocols, processes and policies.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Head of Centre.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
