Your tasks
As a Sales Coordinator (West), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To perform data entry accurately on the system
- To process confirmed orders and ensure all data entry are done correctly
- To generate job orders for issue to production timely
- Liaise with the relevant operations department on job order progress till readiness for delivery
- Liaise with customers on delivery arrangement
- To maintain proper filing system and ensuring data are up-to-data
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess an ITE or Diploma
- With 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
