As an Operations Assistant, Catering, you will be responsible for the following duties:  Retrieve PAX loads from the ICCMS system and assist with casserole assembly and dishing based on flight schedules. Follow dishing schedules and ensure timely completion of all assigned duties. Guide and monitor the performance of staff and service crew. Comply with HACCP, Medina food safety requirements, and hygiene standards Ensure adherence to all dishing SOPs. Operate metal detectors and casserole sealing machines.
