As a Nurse Clinician, Infection Control (Primary Care Settings / Office hours), you will be responsible for the following duties: Develop, implement, and maintain infection prevention and control programmes across community care settings.

Conduct surveillance, monitoring, and analysis of infection trends, risks, and outbreaks, recommending appropriate preventive measures.

Provide expert guidance on infection control policies, protocols, and best practices to healthcare teams.

Plan and deliver education and training programmes for staff, patients, and caregivers on infection prevention and emerging infectious diseases.

Support compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards through effective infection control initiatives.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen infection prevention practices and promote a culture of patient safety.

Participate in audits, investigations, and quality improvement projects related to infection control.

Requirements: Possess a Degree in Nursing and a valid full registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and relevant experiences in infection control as Nurse Clinician will be an added advantage.
