As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with Department Heads on recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, re-employment, and employee offboarding processes.
• HR Business Partnering: Provide guidance to management on employee relations, conflict management, performance matters, and manpower planning and budgeting.
• HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and requirements, including MOM, TAFEP, CPF, and IRAS, while supporting internal and external HR audits.
• HR Operations & Reporting: Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and preparation of statutory reports and related data.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years HR / HRBP experience.
• Healthcare industry background is strongly preferred.
