Assist with activities of daily living, patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the Registered Nurse. Assist with medication administration, procedures, and other nursing interventions as directed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
