Your tasks
As a BIM Lead (Architecture Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and oversee BIM operations, including project setup, modelling and troubleshooting.
- Manage BIM deliverables for design reviews, statutory submissions, CORENET X and tender documentation.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, workflows and modelling standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Oversee clash detection, BIM quality control and compliance with project requirements.
- Review BIM software and infrastructure, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Supervise, train and provide technical guidance to the BIM team.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all BIM-related deliverables.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Certification from BCA
- Minimum 8 to 10 years or relevant work experience
