As a Architectural Executive (High-Rise/ Institutional Projects), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead multiple projects from design development through completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and effective project delivery.
- Monitor project workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Review and oversee BIM models, technical drawings, design documentation, construction drawings, and as-built submissions.
- Coordinate authority submissions and liaise with relevant agencies to facilitate approvals and address submission matters.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
- Support business development activities and contribute to securing new project opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or professional accreditation from a recognized institution (e.g., BOA or equivalent).
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Architect firms.
- Background in residential projects (private/public) is advantageous, particularly in the local context.
