Project Engineer

• Plan and manage installation projects by determining timeline, budget, manpower, and resources to meet project goals
• Coordinate with customers and consulting firms to conduct Site Surveys and plan operations
• Attend project meetings, monitor progress, and report work status to relevant parties
• Plan and prepare materials, equipment, and tools for installation, and assign tasks to Foreman teams and technician teams
• Control and supervise installation work to meet quality and safety standards and be completed within the specified timeframe
• Monitor, inspect, and control the team's performance to ensure compliance with the project plan
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate the preparation of project documents such as User Manual, Test Report, and Project Handover Document
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields At least 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Installation Engineer Skills in Project Management and project planning Leadership qualities with the ability to control field work and solve immediate problems effectively Good communication and coordination skills Proficient in using MS Office / MS Project / Auto CAD Able to communicate in English for work Possess a private car and driver's license, and able to travel for on-site work, upcountry, or abroad Experience in Commercial Kitchen / Industrial Kitchen System installation will be specially considered
