Data Integration Specialist - ETL & Data Loading

Join Allianz Partners as a full-time Associate Data Integration Analyst in Bangkok, where you'll play a hands-on role in loading and managing beneficiary data into our portfolio management system — keeping it accurate, timely, and aligned with the needs of our partners, claims teams, and reporting functions. Allianz Partners is a B2B2C business connecting corporate partners — like travel companies, car manufacturers, and healthcare providers — with their end customers through our products and services. You'll work alongside experienced data professionals in a global environment, building your technical skills and growing your understanding of data operations across multiple lines of business.

What You'll Do

• Support the onboarding of business partners by coordinating data requirements, upload schedules, and system setup
• Set up and maintain SFTP connections to ensure secure and reliable data transfers
• Investigate and resolve data loading issues, identifying root causes and helping prevent recurrence
• Work with operations, claims, underwriting, and digital teams to support seamless data integration
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify data quality and system functionality
• Contribute ideas to improve data loading processes and share knowledge across the team

Qualifications: A foundation in data loading, data integration, or a related field — built through work, study, or hands-on projects Familiarity with ETL tools such as Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle), SSIS, or similar Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and manipulating data Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is a bonus Good Excel skills; Power Query experience is an advantage An awareness of data privacy principles — PDPA and/or GDPR knowledge is a plus Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) is required Must have full rights to work in Thailand — visa sponsorship is not available A curious, problem-solving mindset with good communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
