Must-have:CloudSecurityLead
Your tasks
The Applications Integration Lead is accountable for leading the application workstream for a multi-country M&A separation and migration programme. The role ensures that business applications across Distribution, Investment & Operations, and Business Enablement are ready for Day 1 and that the post-close migration is planned and delivered in a controlled manner. Working across Investment, Distribution, Data, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, HR and country teams, the role establishes a complete view of the application landscape, defines the appropriate treatment for each application, and provides clear readiness, dependency and risk reporting to programme governance.
Core Responsibilities
- Build the authoritative application inventory, including business and technology ownership, hosting, key interfaces, data dependencies, criticality and country usage.
- Define and secure agreement on the Day 1 treatment for each application, including standalone operation, TSA-supported service, migration or retirement.
- Confirm Day 1 application requirements for each in-scope country, taking account of applicable local regulatory, operational resilience and business continuity requirements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data, Information Security and Outsourcing stakeholders to address data, access, licensing, retention, privacy and third-party service considerations.
- Develop and manage the post-close application migration roadmap, aligned with target architecture, cloud migration plans, TSA exit milestones and business priorities.
- Lead application scoping and design workshops with internal stakeholders, counterpart teams and service providers, translating decisions into owned actions and deliverables.
- Identify, track and resolve cross-workstream dependencies, including infrastructure, identity and access, data migration, end-user technology, testing, cutover and operational support.
- Maintain the application workstream plan, decision log, assumptions, risks, issues and dependencies, with clear ownership and escalation routes.
- Define readiness criteria and coordinate testing, cutover, hypercare and service transition activities to support a controlled Day 1 and subsequent migrations.
- Provide concise, evidence-based status reporting to programme governance and the steering committee, highlighting readiness, decisions required, delivery risks and mitigation actions.
- Own the key workstream deliverables: application inventory and Day 1 readiness checklist, migration roadmap, dependency and risk tracker, and regular governance updates.
