Transport Operations Manager
- Oversee and coordinate daily transport and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Supervise drivers and transport personnel, ensuring efficient work allocation and scheduling.
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes, delivery schedules, and manpower requirements.
- Liaise with customers when necessary to facilitate smooth delivery arrangements.
- Ensure excellent customer service through clear, professional, and polite communication.
- Ensure all goods are delivered safely and in good condition, with necessary precautions taken to prevent damage to customers' premises and property.
- Monitor daily transport activities and resolve operational issues or delivery delays when necessary.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and transport operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Basic proficiency in spoken English; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics, or operations management.
