In addition to our headquarters in the United States, we work closely with our colleagues from JD Engineers in Joure. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic colleague for the position of Field Service Engineer.

About the position

As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for performing service and maintenance work, installing and commissioning our machines, and resolving technical malfunctions at customers worldwide. You work independently, think in a solution-oriented manner, and communicate directly with customers. The scheduling is arranged by us, but on-site, you solve technical issues creatively and effectively.

This position means that you will primarily travel - you will discover different countries, get to know various cultures, and represent our brand all over the world. For those who love variety and an international character, this role offers a challenging opportunity.

Core responsibilities

• Installing and commissioning machines and production lines
• Performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and overhauls
• Troubleshooting malfunctions - mechanical, electrical, or software-related
• Advising customers and identifying commercial opportunities
