MARKET SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Join a fast-paced and dynamic team supporting Global Travel Retail and FMCG operations. We are looking for a highly organized, energetic individual who thrives in a multitasking environment and can manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.

What You Will Do :

• Coordinate purchase orders, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock-taking activities.
• Prepare shipping documents, permit declarations, and handle customs-related queries.
• Liaise with Finance on accounts payable and receivable matters.
• Support customer service and supply chain operations across multiple product portfolios.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, import/export, or inventory management is an advantage.
