Freight Transport Operations Assistant (M/F)

Under the responsibility of the Transport Manager, your main missions will be: Daily monitoring of transport services (deliveries, pickups, returns, transfers) Managing and resolving transport anomalies (delays, shortages, misrouted shipments...) in connection with clients and carriers Processing information requests and customer complaints Analyzing, processing, and following up on transport disputes until their conclusion Managing carrier pickups (implementation, monitoring, sizing) Making pricing proposals for one-off operations Communicating KPIs and quality reporting to clients in accordance with contractual commitments Analyzing delivery anomalies and participating in corrective action plans with carriers. This position is for you if you have: A BAC+2 level degree in transport, commerce, or administration Experience in transport, solid knowledge in managing transport operations or logistics coordination (dispute processing, opening investigations, delivery monitoring), . Mastery of customer relations. Skills in communication and customer relationship management. Sense of organization, analytical skills, rigor, and respect for confidentiality Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments, Operational English Mastery of IT tools: (TMS, Excel, monitoring tools), Excel is indispensable.
